One of the most important things I am learning as I investigate my art is:

not to overthink!

To allow my muse to take over and enjoy the process along the way.

With that in mind October's Mission Inspiration came along and voila...my page is finished. Probably the quickest mission I've ever done. I wanted to add a scarecrow to my page...that's all I had.

The mission prompts and colour combination set for you (that also makes it a bit easier!) The scarecrow was hand drawn on watercolour paper and painted with Colour Blast Shimmer cubes. Background made with white crackle paste and Dylusions Tangerine Dream spray ink. Birds stamped with Watering Can Archival ink.
