Thursday night and I've just finished eating tea. What a week! Work has been excellent but busy and with full time work and all the things that come with running a household I'm pretty tired by about 9pm!
I love working with Primary school-age students. They certainly keep me on my toes. I've been supporting students with their Literacy and Numeracy. It's great when you see the students "get it" after a few tries.
One of the ways I like to keep myself grounded is using a meditation app called CALM. It's available on iPhones (not sure about Android). A 10 minute session during my lunch break helps me stay calm and relaxed ready for the rest of my day.
I'm heading to my craft room tonight which is good therapy, too!
