Week 5
It's the beginning of Week 5 - yes, in school land we count the weeks. South Australia is heading for some really hot, hot weather this week. I believe we will have 4 days straight of temperatures 37C and over. Yuk!
My focus this week will be on my exercise plans. Treadmill every day - at least 20 minutes and to challenge myself by upping the speed a bit.
