Christmas All Day Scrap

What a way to spend a day! On Saturday I went to an all day scrap with some of my favourite crafty friends. The day started at 9am and we left around 9pm. Loads of fun, laughs, good food and of course, lots of craft.

I always pack way too much as I like to have some variety so I don't get bored, although I chose to do layouts and at the end of the day I didn't make any cards.

I used a couple of my kits from Uniquely Creative (see link on my page) as well as a couple of other paper collections.

My friends made Christmas cards, gift tags, advent calendars, Copic colouring, paper gingerbread houses, boxes...such a great variety of skills.

I was determined to get some 12"x12" layouts done and came away with 6 finished pages - not bad, if I do say so myself.

The time went so fast as we all enjoyed ourselves. Our hostess, Wendy, certainly went all out to look after us with savoury nibbles, a lolly bar, coffee/tea and a doughnut wall. We feasted on a shared lunch and dinner was either salmon or steak. The dessert choices were interesting, to say the least.
